Moreover, as you embark on your exercise regime, don’t forget to go for routine checkups. You may not even feel or experience pain but the doctor’s observations and advices will provide that extra assurance. It will further increase the confidence in you. Some of the exercises may include stretching. This exercise is mostly advised by the doctors as it helps during delivery and labor. You will experience less pain as compared to other women and may need only few medicines. But if you have complications such as spotting or bleeding, then you must consult a doctor before you start any exercise. It is recommended to start off with such exercises during the fourth month because the likelihood of miscarriage in the first trimester is significantly greater.
